Accountabilities:- Research, prospect, and identify potential enterprise clients, creating a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials and insights to support account executives in delivering impactful first impressions.
- Consistently track and report sales activities, KPIs, and insights to improve team strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share market intelligence and improve prospect engagement approaches.
- Meet or exceed daily activity goals and quarterly quota targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or other customer-facing sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality and focus on pipeline development.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote, high-growth environment.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate technical features into customer benefits.
