We are currently looking for an experienced Showroom & Sales Coordinator to join our Vancouver team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate must have a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes. A vehicle allowance is provided.
Position Summary
The primary focus of this role will be to serve customers in the retail and builder division of the Company. The Showroom & Sales Coordinator is responsible for cultivating clients, selling products, and managing the process of retail sales. In addition, they will be responsible for the general maintenance and appearance of the showroom including management of samples, integration of new product lines, ordering supplies and general office organization. They will also ensure that clients have an exceptional experience at the showroom.
What You’ll Do
- Provide coverage for the showroom and assist with daily showroom maintenance.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, minimalistic and represents the Divine brand.
- Maintenance of the overall showroom including samples, signage, vignettes, and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of the Divine product line and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products.
- Manage assigned customers from start of job to completion of the job, including attending sites, if required.
- Data input into Divine Tracker with all relevant information on estimates and sales; assist outside sales in specific noted duties/items, including Measure Square takeoffs and accessing/understanding client portals.
- Communicate with the company’s relevant departments and installers onsite; troubleshoot problems when required. Coordinate all missing items with dispatch team when required.
- Assist clients in the showroom by providing product knowledge and pricing. Conduct selections for clients for both retail and designated accounts.
- Collect necessary deposits and final payments from clients as per company policy.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude always.
- Assist and work with the General Manager, Corporate Showroom Manager and Sales Team Lead
- Occasional participation in outside hour extracurricular activities and events.
- Market the showroom through unique events, signage, and other creative opportunities
Skills and Competencies
Skills Required – Technical
- Microsoft Office – all main applications Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Must maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Familiar with basic computer systems, file structures and operations.

What You've Done
- Post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
- Design selection experience is considered an asset.
- Industry and sales experience considered an asset.
- Experience with Measure Square is considered an asset.
- Completion of AutoCad program is considered an asset.
