In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth and success of professional services engagements across a diverse enterprise and commercial client base. You will lead a team of Engagement Managers, guiding them to deliver high-value solutions while achieving ambitious revenue targets. Operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and delivery teams to align strategies and accelerate customer outcomes. This position blends leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence, offering the opportunity to shape service offerings and scale impact across regions. Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engagement Managers focused on consultative professional services sales
  • Own and drive regional bookings targets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, maintaining visibility into pipeline health and performance
  • Allocate opportunities strategically across the team to ensure balanced coverage and maximize success rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance service offerings
  • Coach team members on the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline generation, discovery, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Support complex deal negotiations, providing guidance and stepping in to resolve critical blockers when needed
  • Align closely with sales leadership to ensure cohesive territory planning and execution
  • Develop and implement enablement plans to strengthen team capabilities in product knowledge, value-based selling, and tools
  • Continuously assess team capacity and contribute to hiring and scaling plans
  • Drive process improvements to optimize professional services sales efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with delivery, product, and ecosystem teams to standardize estimation models and proposal frameworks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in professional services, customer success, or related leadership roles
  • Strong background in professional services sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience working within subscription-based or SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing teams in a remote or global environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in consultative selling and complex deal negotiation
  • Experience collaborating with account executives and presenting solutions during sales cycles
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions
  • Familiarity with modern tools and platforms used for sales and service delivery operations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and organizational alignment
