Better Collision Centers is expanding to the Grand Strand — and we're looking for an Office Coordinator who understands that first impressions matter.

The Role
You're the hub of the shop — keeping customers informed, the team organized, and operations running smoothly.
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer phones and direct inquiries to the right people
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Support Service Advisors and Managers with file preparation and documentation
- Handle customer check-in and check-out, ensuring proper paperwork and authorizations
- Provide timely repair updates and follow-up communication
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
This role blends customer service with administrative support. You're the person who keeps everything connected.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or reception
- A natural relationship builder — friendly, professional, and approachable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in and around a shop setting
- Someone who takes initiative and pays attention to details
- Hourly pay, based on experience
- Paid weekly
- Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)
