We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor in enterprise environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to design and deliver tailored solutions that solve complex challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce fraud risks. You will partner closely with sales, professional services, and customer teams to drive technical validation, proofs of value, and impactful demonstrations. Success in this role requires the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on securing high-risk digital interactions.
- Lead the technical sales cycle, managing discovery, solution alignment, and demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and success criteria, translating them into tailored solution presentations.
- Deliver compelling, story-driven product demonstrations aligned to industry-specific challenges such as fraud prevention, contact center optimization, and authentication.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through problem definition, solution design, and decision-making.
- Lead proof-of-value engagements to validate technical fit and quantify business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities and ensure smooth transitions to implementation.
- Maintain deep expertise in solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position technical value.
- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with clear, differentiated technical content.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales engineering experience, including supporting and influencing $1M+ deals.
- Proven track record in consultative selling for large, complex enterprise opportunities.
- Strong technical background with experience in contact center technologies, APIs, voice networks, fraud management, authentication, and enterprise speech solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote and collaborative team environments.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare contact centers and familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
