You will serve as a high-level field leader, transitioning from a skilled technician to a pivotal manager of commercial roofing operations and crew performance. This role grants you the autonomy to diagnose complex issues and the responsibility to mentor the next generation of roofing professionals. You will make a direct impact by ensuring every repair meets elite industry standards while maintaining a culture of safety and accountability.

• Train and develop service technicians to expand their technical skills and career potential.

• Supervise daily crew productivity and lead safety talks to reinforce strict OSHA compliance.

• Diagnose complex roof leaks and develop detailed repair scopes based on technical findings.

• Execute high-quality inspections and final quality control checks to ensure project excellence.

• Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical recommendations and repair strategies.

• Manage vehicle inspections, equipment maintenance, and material inventory for your entire team.

• Coordinate job site logistics and pre-job planning to maintain efficient service timelines.

• Proven progression through Service Technician levels or equivalent commercial roofing experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage complex field service operations independently.

• Strong technical proficiency in commercial roofing systems and advanced metal installation.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and deliver high-level customer service.

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and frequent ladder usage in various weather.

• Advanced proficiency in using digital company systems such as CenterPoint for reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members in a field environment.

• Advanced knowledge of leak diagnostics and specialized industrial exterior solutions.

• Weekly pay cycle and eligibility for both Performance and Year-End bonuses.
