This leadership role is responsible for defining and governing the global commercial framework to drive scalable, data-driven revenue growth. You will shape commercial strategies across Sales, Pricing, Analytics, and CRM, ensuring consistent and customer-focused execution worldwide. The position provides strategic impact by optimizing resource deployment, improving process efficiency, and enabling informed decision-making through analytics and digital systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex global initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders to enhance commercial performance. Accountabilities
  • Shape, implement, and continuously evolve a robust global commercial framework to ensure aligned, high-quality sales execution across regions and functions.
  • Drive territory design, segmentation logic, and coverage models to optimize resource allocation and customer access.
  • Govern CRM and digital sales ecosystems, ensuring data quality, workflow efficiency, and global user enablement.
  • Lead global commercial analytics, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee Pricing, Sales Support, and Training functions to strengthen value-based pricing, operational excellence, and team capabilities.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of pricing and discount governance frameworks while fostering unified global commercial processes.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, or commercial operations within complex global organizations.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and governing commercial operating models, including sales-process harmonization, data governance, and territory or incentive frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global CRM, pricing execution, and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical and digital topics into actionable guidance.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
