You will work closely with senior executives to translate strategic ideas into scalable AI solutions, including multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, tool integration, and cross-system automation. The role demands a balance of deep technical expertise, clean engineering practices, and responsible AI deployment, ensuring reliability, compliance, and executive trust. This is an opportunity to influence critical business decisions while shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and operationalize complex AI systems with attention to scalability, observability, performance, and reliability
  • Develop multi-step agentic workflows, including orchestration, memory strategies, tool integration, and evaluation frameworks
  • Implement responsible AI practices through guardrails, structured monitoring, and validation layers to ensure predictable and compliant behavior
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to enforce access controls, audit logging, and enterprise governance while maintaining efficiency
  • Evaluate and rationalize AI tools and platforms, supporting consolidation, security alignment, and long-term enterprise sustainability
  • Support post-launch adoption, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing to elevate internal AI capabilities and best practices
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems in cloud environments
  • Proven experience deploying AI-powered systems in production, including agent-based workflows, RAG, orchestration, tool-calling, and evaluation
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript) with a track record of writing clean, maintainable, production-quality code
  • Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, testing strategies, production observability, and clean architecture principles
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous concepts into scalable technical solutions with measurable enterprise impact
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data security, prompt injection risks, access control, and enterprise compliance standards
  • High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in high-visibility environments with minimal supervision
Benefits:
  • Base salary aligned with geographic zones: $204,500 – $290,000 USD depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for company-wide annual bonus program
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately held company
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributions
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave, additional leave for birthing parents, and inclusive family planning support
  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and sabbatical program
  • Mental health resources, therapy, and coaching support
  • 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year in the U.S.)
  • Monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses
  • Remote-first work environment with a strong culture of inclusion, equity, and team collaboration
