The Colleague Experience Technology team is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer with expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning modules. This role is part of the Oracle Modernization Project, focusing on designing, developing, and supporting scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions aligned with Oracle standards
- Support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM (ORC, Talent, Learning) modules
- Perform impact analysis and validation for HCM quarterly patches
- Configure and customize:
- DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) & EFF (Extensible Flexfields)
- Reports, value sets, and functional setups
- Develop and maintain:
- Workflows
- Integrations (File/API-based inbound & outbound)
- Conduct:
- CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions
- Fit-gap analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and deployments
- Support Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Contribute to system architecture, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Talent, Learning)
- Hands-on experience with multi-country/global HCM configurations
- Strong experience with:
- Oracle HCM customization (DFF, EFF)
- Reports and workflows
- Integrations (API/File-based)
- Experience with:
- Oracle Journeys
- Oracle Redwood Design System
- Knowledge of:
- Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, Kanban)
- Experience in:
- Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations (at least 1 project)
- Supporting enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience in:
- Security provisioning and access management
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Test data automation and deployment automation
- Familiarity with:
- Documentum
- Skill Nexus / Gen AI in Oracle
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- ADP HCM Connector
- Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator)
- Develop, debug, and optimize software components
- Support deployments across test, integration, and production environments
- Analyze workflows and improve team productivity
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies
- Provide technical and functional documentation
- Collaborate with global HR (CEG) stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (SaaS or in-house)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Global HR)
- Experience in:
- Oracle APIs and integrations
- Reading Oracle documentation/whitepapers and summarizing insights
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo
