The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position provides the opportunity to work directly with leadership while taking ownership of day-to-day marketing operations and project execution. - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and other channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Develop content calendars, manage project timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- Design and produce marketing assets such as graphics, landing pages, lead magnets, and newsletters.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results and improve ROI.
- Manage website content, ensure functionality, and enhance user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners to maximize campaign reach.
- Provide input and support for events, video production, and other promotional initiatives as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably across digital, B2B, B2C, eCommerce, or SaaS environments.
- Strong copywriting skills for email, web, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and technology, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and email automation tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and take initiative in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable and open to learning new marketing strategies, frameworks, and tools.
- Leadership potential with the ability to grow into managing a marketing team.
- Familiarity with metrics tracking, analytics, and campaign performance evaluation.
- Optional but preferred: experience with event coordination, video content production, or cold outreach campaigns.
