- Manage trade contractor site meetings, RFIs, invoices, and the project document control process.
- Verify the accuracy of change orders and ensure change orders are approved and signed by the client.

Safety:
- Observe Work Safe Practices and ensure they are being followed during site visits and address concerns with site leadership.
- Integrate safety into planning and execution by participating in pre-job meetings, hazard assessments, and ensuring safe work procedures are in place for civil/earthworks activities.
Sales Support:
- Identify suitable service offerings for clients and provide recommendations and support to the Sales team on bid summaries and proposals.
- Support pursuit work on civil/environmental opportunities by contributing to scope definition, assumptions, risk registers, and constructability considerations.
