MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the program supporting our customers. You will play a crucial role in supporting program management office oversight of deliverables, including metrics and performance reporting, to ensure contract performance requirement standards are met.

• Manages, develops and applies IT compliance standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops, assesses, and conducts related tests.
• Collaborate with program and operational leads across multiple sites to ensure optimal technical performance standards and contract compliance goals are met
• Coordinate with regional and functional area leads to track and integrate schedules for high level situational awareness.
• Work closely with and present to senior government stakeholders
• Drive program compliance initiatives, understand complex data sets and be able to make data driven decisions to systemically improve technician performance.
• Utilize MS Office, HP ServiceNow, Tableau, and other software tools to capture schedules, analyze ticket data, present reports, and prepare briefings.
• Support and communicate high severity issues through resolution, providing accurate and timely status reports to management.
• Analyze delivery of services and resources to meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Work with our team to identify and implement opportunities for service enhancements, and participate in special projects as required.
• Demonstrate success implementing changes, processes, and standards to improve enterprise service support.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure optimal technical performance and contract compliance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your cyber expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The IT Risk and Compliance Specialist Senior must have:
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Familiar with IT systems and frameworks, working knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Project, Power Point, Word), working knowledge of training processes and documentation.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• US Citizenship Required
• Role requirements: On Customer Site

The likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
