Production & Packaging Associates

• $16.00/hour or $17.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire

About This Opportunity

This role is responsible for general production and packaging of food products. Employees rotate between multiple positions every two hours to support efficiency and workflow across the production line.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: Pay: 3rd Shift: $17.00/hour; 2nd Shift: $16.00/hour

Schedule: 3rd Shift: 10:30 AM- 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM- 7:30 AM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM- 12:00 AM, 4:30 PM- 12:30 AM, 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM, 5:30 PM- 1:30 AM or 6 PM-2:00AM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Over Time likely on Saturdays)

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Clear Background Check Required

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Use proper safety equipment at all times
• Prepare and stack packaging materials (plastic clamshells)
• Load packaging onto production lines
• Place product into packaging on conveyor lines
• Remove and rack products during line stoppages or label changes
• Return product to the line after stoppages
• Perform case packing and move completed cases (approx. 18 lbs)
• Insert labels into product cases as required
• Assemble trays for specific production runs
• Rotate positions every two hours
• Perform general cleanup at end of shift
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Factory setting
• PPE required, including:
  • Hair nets
  • Hearing protection in designated areas
• Dress Code: White pants and White shirt,
  • Any color closed non-slip shoe
  • No jewelry
  • No fake nails or nail polish

• Clear verbal communication and ability to follow instructions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and production needs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safety procedures

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 18 lbs
• Repetitive motions (lifting, reaching, placing items)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
