Position Overview:
Beacon Management Services is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Customer Service Associate to support pool season operations. This role is responsible for managing the intake, processing, and distribution of pool access credentials while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for homeowners.
This is a structured, detail-driven position requiring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and timely communication. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset, operate with consistency, and take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish.
Schedule & Assignment Details:
- Seasonal Term: Mid-April / Early May through August 2026
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pool access (fob) requests and inquiries
- Accurately intake, review, and process homeowner data related to pool access
- Input and manage data across multiple systems (Vantaca, Brivo, DoorKing, CellGate, ButterflyMX, PDK, KMT, Emerge, etc.)
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of pool fobs in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain accurate records of issued fobs and homeowner communication
- Respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or data issues
- Utilize additional systems and tools as needed to support operations
- Ensure all processes are completed in alignment with company standards and timelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems/software
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance throughout the season
- Ability to manage multiple requests while staying highly organized
