Job Title: Sr. Digital Brand Designer
Salary Range: $85 - $115K
Reports to: CEO
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Job Location: This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office to facilitate collaboration and partnership across teams.
About this role: The Sr. Digital Brand Designer will lead the creative vision and execution across all Amber Lewis Collective brands, including Shoppe Amber Lewis, Amber Interiors, and Every Angle, ensuring consistent, elevated, and compelling visual storytelling across every touchpoint.
This role is responsible for overseeing all marketing, digital, photography, and production creative teams, driving a cohesive brand identity, and translating the Founder’s vision into innovative campaigns, product launches, and experiential initiatives.
Operating within a shared services model, the Sr. Digital Brand Designer ensures creative excellence and efficiency across multiple brands while maintaining flexibility to adapt design solutions for unique audiences and initiatives. This role blends hands-on design expertise with high-level creative management, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Leadership
Own and evolve the visual identity across all Amber Lewis Collective brands, ensuring elevated, consistent brand representation across digital, marketing, product, and experiential channels.
Solidify, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, creative systems, and toolkits that support brand growth, innovation, and cohesion across all companies.
Lead concepting and presentation of new creative directions that advance brand strategy and storytelling.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead a multi-disciplinary team including Marketing, Visuals, Photography, and Production, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
Oversee workflow, prioritization, and delivery of creative projects across all brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign goals.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture across shared teams.
Digital, Marketing & Campaign Execution
Direct the creative vision and execution for campaigns, digital assets, social media, email, web, and paid channels, ensuring elevated visual storytelling that drives engagement and brand perception.
Translate the Founder’s vision and photo shoot selections into cohesive campaign storytelling and digital execution.
Collaborate with Marketing, Ecomm, and Merchandising teams to ensure user experience, UX/UI, and digital touchpoints reflect brand standards and innovation.
Product, Packaging & Experience Design
Oversee end-to-end product, packaging, and collateral design, including labeling, unboxing experiences, and retail signage.
Ensure product presentation, packaging, and brand touchpoints maintain premium positioning and aesthetic consistency.
Manage relationships with vendors, production partners, and external creative collaborators to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support
Partner with product, merchandising, marketing, and executive teams to support special initiatives and strategic collaborations.
Align creative output with brand objectives, campaign goals, market opportunities, and commercial performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platforms, and creative best practices to continuously elevate brand presence and innovation.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital design, art direction, or creative leadership within home, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or consumer brands.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, managing cross-brand projects, and scaling creative systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing elevated visual storytelling, digital campaigns, brand systems, packaging, and multi-platform design execution.
Deep understanding of luxury and lifestyle aesthetics with the ability to translate cultural trends into brand-appropriate design.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design/prototyping tools; working knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
Experience in print production, labeling, packaging, and vendor management from concept through delivery.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; able to articulate creative vision and strategy to leadership.
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
Passion for design, culture, fashion, and storytelling; proactive in anticipating trends and opportunities across creative, digital, and lifestyle spaces.
