As the Director of ERP, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across enterprise resource planning and business-critical applications. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that streamline operations, enhance governance, and support organizational growth. This role oversees system performance, drives modernization initiatives, and ensures seamless integration across multiple platforms. You will lead and mentor technical teams, prioritize continuous improvement, and implement best practices to optimize system efficiency. Success in this position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
- Define and execute ERP and enterprise application strategies, architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Align system roadmaps with business priorities and advise leadership on modernization and optimization initiatives.
- Oversee ERP lifecycle management, performance, and enhancements across finance, HR, and other key functions.
- Lead implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and governance across the enterprise application portfolio.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams while managing the overall application ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, improve adoption, and ensure clear support models.
- Ensure system availability, security, compliance, and performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with ERP and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience managing enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite).
- Strong expertise in systems integration, enterprise applications, and business process improvement.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Knowledge of SaaS ERP platforms, middleware, API management, and application governance.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
