- Develop and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives in target U.S. industries
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship-building

- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to design and deliver client-specific service offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in IT services, talent solutions, or related industries
- Proven success in selling to the U.S. market and managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into revenue
