This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital shopping journey across web, mobile app, and kiosk platforms. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving strategic roadmaps, feature prioritization, and continuous optimization to enhance engagement, growth, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver innovative, seamless, and personalized digital experiences. You will champion the voice of the customer, leveraging both data and empathy to inform decisions. This position combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the chance to influence digital product development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

As the Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital products:

  • Maintain and execute a holistic digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Break down complex concepts into actionable Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Lead AI spec-driven development practices, authoring detailed product specifications and working prototypes for engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and engineering teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing product maintenance.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, identify key metrics, and use data to improve user experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration:

  • BA/BS degree required; experience in eCommerce retail or consumer-facing industries. Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
  • 6+ years of product management experience developing strategic roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with spec-driven development practices, creating detailed product specifications and prototypes that serve as a source of truth prior to development.
  • Proven ability to manage products through full lifecycle: ideation, development, experimentation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrated track record driving revenue growth and improving ecommerce experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clearly and influence stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, Figma, Contentful, Mixpanel, Tableau).
  • Experience working with Agile/Kanban or Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and compliant with all legal or company regulations for the industry.
