Weekend Order Picker/Customer Service at Lots of Auctions – Dallas, Texas

We are an online auction looking for Order Picker/Customer Service Rep for our Dallas, TX location. We offer great benefits, paid training and competitive wages. We are hiring for Full Time positions. Our Order Picker/Customer Service role is a dual-focus position. You will spend time picking customer orders and loading them into their vehicles. At other times, you will actively engage with customers, directing them to their pick-up spots and checking them in. Throughout all tasks, providing friendly customer service is essential. At times you might be working in other department or roles.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to comfortably interact with customers
• Team player with organizational skills.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 50 pounds, or assisting others with products over 50 pounds
• Ability to navigate Warehouse data systems and using handheld devices
• Comfortable being outside in all weather conditions
• Flexibility when it comes to assignments and roles.

Schedule:

• Friday through Sunday 6:00AM -7:00 PM with an hour lunch
• 12 hour shift - 3x12 schedule
• Non climate controlled warehouse

Requirements and skills

• Locate products using technology
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
• Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
• Able to read and write in English
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina and able to spend the majority of 10+ hours shift standing or walking around
• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 50 pounds, or assisting others with products over 50 pounds
• Comfortable being outside in all weather conditions

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
