Assistant Manager at Mimis Cafe – Valencia, California

Assistant Manager:

• The Assistant Manager reports directly to his/her General Manager and supervises 25-40+ hourly Teammates at his/her respective Cafe.
• The Assistant Manager is ultimately responsible for driving traffic, sales and profit by presenting catering and event opportunities to the public.
• Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for maximizing margins by reducing waste and controlling costs, securing Cafe funds and assets, hiring, training and developing staff in both technical and leadership skills, and ensuring the Cafe operates in a productive and efficient manner while adhering to Company policies, procedures and standards.
• The Assistant Manager is expected to create a positive and productive work environment at the Cafe level as well as build strong professional relationships and effective network affiliations with the Community.
• He/she must develop and maintain strong Teammate relation skills and possess high operational standards of excellence.
