Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is rapidly expanding our Waterproofing Division, and we're searching for an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to lead projects and drive our mission to protect structures from water and moisture damage across Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and Lead: Manage a team of waterproofing technicians and subcontractors to execute high-quality projects from start to finish.
• Project Mastery: Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to turn goals into detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Material Selection: Source top-tier waterproofing materials and maintain a strong supplier network to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Quality and Safety First: Implement quality control measures and regular inspections to ensure industry-leading standards, along with promoting a safe work environment.
• Effective Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates and be the go-to problem solver for any challenges on-site.
• Track and Document: Maintain comprehensive records, including daily logs, progress reports, and final assessments to support continuous improvements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in waterproofing or construction, with a strong record of project success.
• Expertise in waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Leadership skills with a talent for clear, proactive communication.
• Ability to read construction drawings and use project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification (within 90 days of hire).
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
