Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at M&N Structures, you’ll lead teams to deliver outstanding projects on time and within budget. We seek a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all project-related matters on multiple concurrent projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners
- Develop project scope and objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Lead project meetings and manage project documentation
- Track project financials and ensure profitability
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven project management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with MS Office; familiarity with ProCore, Tekla EPM, and SmartSheet is a plus
Additional Details:
- Work Environment: Office
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
