Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at M&N Structures, you’ll lead teams to deliver outstanding projects on time and within budget. We seek a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for all project-related matters on multiple concurrent projects
Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners
Develop project scope and objectives
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Lead project meetings and manage project documentation
Track project financials and ensure profitability

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Proven project management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with MS Office; familiarity with ProCore, Tekla EPM, and SmartSheet is a plus

Work Environment: Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
