In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests placing takeout orders. You will ensure that all orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key to enhancing the overall dining experience for our customers.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their takeout orders, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system, including Aloha POS, and confirm order details with guests.
- Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring food safety standards, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area to provide a pleasant experience for guests.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while taking orders or answering inquiries.
- All team members learn all aspects of the Buffalo Wild Wings GO duties, from kitchen to front counter, to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide assistance in guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations during food preparation and service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries or issues efficiently.
