We are looking for a hardworking, attentive Barback. You will be working alongside our team to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by maintaining and organizing the bar area to the restaurant's standards. By supporting our team, you will provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your Role with Us:

• Barbacks set the stage at the bar by being attentive to the smallest details and ensuring the bar is set up before our guests enter our restaurants; organizing and shelving wine, beer and liquor; prepping juices, garnishes, and mixes and making sure the bar is meticulous.
• Stocking glasses, napkins, and straws; replenishing ice and assisting the Bartender with any additional duties assigned.
• Assisting with receiving beverage deliveries and maintaining all storage area.
• Removing trash and used glasses and wiping down bar for new customers.
• Emptying trash and/or recycling bins; cleaning used glasses; restocking bottles.
• Assisting the Bartenders, Service Bartenders, and other team members with any tasks throughout the shift.

We Are Looking for Candidates:

• With barback experience that are invested in growing into a busser, server or a bartender role.
• Who are very personable, organized, and diligent in completing tasks.
• With basic Knowledge of bar operations, a team player, hard worker and detail oriented.
• With open flexibility to work various shifts.
• Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.
