- Lead, manage, and develop a team of service technicians
- Drive accountability and performance across the service department
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and daily operations
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and safety standards
- Monitor service performance metrics and take action to improve results
- Work closely with parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage departmental efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication
- Strong team performance and technician productivity
- Consistent adherence to processes and operational standards
- High levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Efficient scheduling and workflow management
- Improved service department performance and profitability
- Development and retention of a high-performing team
- Experience leading teams in service, operations, or similar environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage performance, priorities, and processes effectively
- Experience in material handling, equipment service, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
