The ideal candidate is a former concrete foreman ready to transition into a management-level position, bringing a deep understanding of fieldwork, scheduling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily field operations for commercial concrete projects.
Coordinate crew schedules and subcontractors to meet production timelines.
Maintain high standards of jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and project budgets.
Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs and inspections.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.
Track project milestones and deliver progress reports.
Resolve field issues swiftly and professionally.
Uphold and enforce company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction, with leadership or foreman experience required.
Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades on-site.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear and professional communication with both field staff and clients.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Commitment to jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and on-time delivery.
A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
