Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning to ensure readiness for cooking

- Set up workstations with all necessary tools and ingredients before service

- Cook and prepare food to order according to established recipes and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
