Transactions Associate(Junior) at Top Tier Reps LLC – Orlando, Florida

We are seeking a Junior Corporate Associate (1–3 years of experience; law school class of 2022 to 2024 only) to join our Transactions Practice Group at a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. This position focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions transactions and provides opportunities to work closely with partners, senior associates, and clients in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Candidates will also gain exposure to financings, securities matters, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities, and other corporate transactions.
• Support senior attorneys in due diligence and closing processes.
• Provide general corporate legal support including corporate governance matters.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; law school class of 2022 to 2024 only.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to obtain admission promptly.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
