About This Position

Cypress Creek Pet Care is hiring aClient Service Representative!

Reports to: Practice Manager and Lead Client Service Representative

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone.
  • Check in/out patients and schedule appointments
  • Process invoices and collecting payments
  • Manage the cash drawer
  • Assisting with maintaining accurate medical records
  • Provide support to team as needed
Requirements:
  • Veterinary experience is required
  • Required knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques.
  • Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
  • Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone system
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
