About This Position
Cypress Creek Pet Care is hiring aClient Service Representative!
Reports to: Practice Manager and Lead Client Service Representative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone.
- Check in/out patients and schedule appointments
- Process invoices and collecting payments
- Manage the cash drawer
- Assisting with maintaining accurate medical records
- Provide support to team as needed
Requirements:
- Veterinary experience is required
- Required knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques.
- Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
