Production Operator I at RealAcoustix – Ogden, Utah

The Assembler’s key position is responsible for working within a team environment executing weekly production schedules that will be measured for efficiency & accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of shop supervision, assemble products in the most efficient way possible while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Work within a team environment to execute weekly production schedules that are measured for efficiency.

• Using a pick list collect all materials within the warehouse necessary for completion of assigned task.

• Using a bill of material pack machine(s) with all required packing materials and machine components for secure transport and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to fulfill a team role, i.e. production schedules, work schedules, safety, etc.

• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.

• Prepare product for paint and help with the finishing process.

• Provide instruction/training for others on equipment and how to manage associated documentation.

• Perform basic troubleshooting on primary equipment.

• Function well within the team. Examples; participate in scheduling, provide information for safety reports, track information for reports, offer status updates during team meetings.

• Accept responsibility for all housekeeping protocols and reporting any inventory concerns to supervisor.

• Individual will be required to add to their skill set on an annual basis. Management will determine departmental needs and provide time and resources for completion of such tasks.

Job Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years’ experience assembling.

• Must have the ability to work from blueprints, technical instructions, and written specifications.

• Strong attention to detail regarding inspection of components.
