Technical Operations Administrator I at Groundwater and Environmental Svcs. – Wall Township, New Jersey

Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), an industry leader with a reputation for excellence in providing environmental consulting, engineering, compliance, and technical field services to clients in diverse market sectors, seeks a Technical Operations Administrator to apply technical knowledge to challenging environmental remediation projects for our Wall Township, NJ office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Local office support to include coordination with lab couriers, handling office deliveries, assistance with meeting preparation, waste coordination and other administrative tasks to support the office as needed.

• Company-wide support as part of a team of administrators for processing and submittal of environmental reports, uploading deliverables into databases, processing Accounts Payable, timesheet review and various requests submitted via the administrative team's general email box.
• Willingness to learn new skills and provide varied support to the local project team.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in administrative support preferred
• Proficient in MS office
• Ability to work in a variety of databases
• Strong customer service skills
• Good at multi-tasking

This is a non-exempt position with a pay range of $23.75 - $27.00 per hour
