As the General Manager at Baximus Onsite, you will lead a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) located on a military base, dedicated to serving our nation’s military personnel and their families. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high food quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Lead & Motivate Your Team – Set expectations, provide training, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience – Engage with military personnel and their families, resolve concerns, and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure Operational Efficiency – Monitor service speed, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Manage Schedules & Staffing – Organize shifts to meet business needs.
• Optimize Financial Performance – Track labor, food costs, and revenue to maximize profitability.
• Oversee Inventory & Supplies – Manage food, beverage, and supply deliveries efficiently.
• Support Brand Marketing – Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and correctly displayed.

• Proven Restaurant Management Experience – Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a QSR.
• Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment – Quick problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Compliance – Familiarity with health regulations and operational best practices.
• Schedule Flexibility – Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
• Expected Hours: 50 per week
• Restaurant Type: Quick Service Restaurant (Military Base)

• Shifts: Day shift, evening shift
• Availability: Open availability required
• Work Location: On a military base (in person)
