About This Position
Summary
Performs a wide range of Financial duties to support the overall operations of the organization. Manage, direct and control financial reporting processes and results of divisions in Arkansas.

What you'll do
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Accounting and Controlling department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal/external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data. Includes but is not limited to updating the Accounting department policies and procedures manual on an as-needed basis.
- Coordinating and compiling all aspects of the annual audit. This included but is not limited to the coordination of all account reconciliations, and variance analysis reports as well as handling the day-to-day interface with the audit team.
- Assure compliance with all GAAP guidelines, applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting in and coordinating the annual budgets for two business units.

- Planning (budget and forecast)
- Oversee Inventory
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related discipline.
- CPA preferred
- Over 8 years relevant experience
- Proficient on MS Office, Excel, GSS, Accounting general ledger software
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
