Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Crisis Professional in Somerville, NJ.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, nursing or related clinical field required
• Two years’ experience in a mental health setting

Preferred:

• Experience in crisis intervention/emergency services preferred

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• BLS certification for American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements

• Night Shift
• Per Diem Schedule

Essential Functions:

• Primary responsibilities are to provide emergency psychiatric evaluations and dispositions to patients in crisis in the Emergency Department of RWJ Somerset Hospital
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills
