Responsibilities:
- Screen and identify patients with respiratory needs
- Perform Respiratory assessments on patients with deficiencies of pulmonary function
- Administer treatment interventions as per the plan of care
- Plan, implement, and assess treatment plans for patients with respiratory illnesses/compromised respiratory function
- Complete documentation as indicated, including patient assessments, care-plans, and daily notes
Qualifications:
- Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in NY OR Current NY license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Respiratory Competency Training (can be provided upon hire)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
