We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales Manager to win new clients for our specialist IT contractor recruitment team.
- Target & win mid-to-large enterprises, consultancies & tech scale-ups.
- Sell our proven ability to supply high-quality IT contractors (developers, cloud, cyber, data & infrastructure specialists).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound + warm leads.
- Proven B2B sales track record (ideally in recruitment/staffing / IT services).
- Comfortable hunting + comfortable negotiating day rates & commercial terms.
- Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Recruitment/contractor market knowledge is a big advantage.
€3000-5000 gross + generous commission
