This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that directly support business growth in a fast-scaling, technology-driven healthcare organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies across workforce planning, organizational design, and talent effectiveness. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership of a high-performing HR Business Partner team. You will play a key role in strengthening organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling consistent people practices across the enterprise. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and senior leadership. The environment is dynamic, fast-growing, and focused on building scalable, high-impact people operations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating business goals into actionable people strategies including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent execution of HR programs and high-quality support across business units.
- Partner with executive leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to embed people strategies into business planning and operational decisions.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution, in close partnership with Legal and compliance teams.
- Drive execution of enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of core HR lifecycle programs such as onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and exits.
- Use workforce and people data to identify trends, assess organizational health, and support leadership decision-making.
- Support organizational design and transformation initiatives aligned with business growth and operational needs.
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
- Proven experience advising executive leadership in complex, fast-paced, and high-growth organizations.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, and HR compliance in multi-state or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and drive organizational change initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, HR Ops).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to interpret people data and translate insights into actionable workforce strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR/Business) preferred.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $185,000 – $265,000 USD annually (varies by location).
