Senior Sales Director - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Vertical Sales Director - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in shaping the sales strategy for North America, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. With a focus on developing sales teams, this leader will implement effective sales cycles and maintain collaborative relationships. The candidates contributions will significantly impact the companys expansion in a dynamic market, directly influencing its success and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork. Accountabilities- Define and implement sales strategies across North America region and verticals.
- Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a long-term deal.
- Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team.
- Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking.
- Provide ongoing support and training to your team.
- Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within target markets.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to achieve company goals.
- 5+ years' experience in a sales leadership position with full sales cycle coverage.
- Excellent sales track record, ideally within financial software solutions (SaaS).
- Consistent track record of new business enterprise sales achievement.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and customer value driven.
- Experience in executing defined and repeatable sales strategies.
- Ability to engage with CxO level with proven results.
- Self-starter with a passion for driving growth.
- Ability to build a strong sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Masters Degree preferred.
