Job Description:

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles efficiently and accurately while being compensated based on completed work. This role is perfect for highly skilled technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Accurately document work performed and recommendations for future service.
• Ensure all repairs are completed safely and meet quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, technology, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ASE Certification (preferred not required).
• Experience in automotive repair (dealership or independent shop experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under a flat-rate pay system.
• Own a complete set of tools necessary for the job.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
