• Assist lead plumbers in the precision installation and repair of residential water systems.

• Execute foundational plumbing tasks including pipe preparation, fitting, and site organization.

• Maintain high-performance standards by ensuring all tools and equipment are staged and ready for use.

• Collaborate with the Field Operations team to learn complex diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.

• Communicate professionally with clients while supporting senior technicians on residential service calls.

• Document project progress and material usage accurately using provided mobile technology packages.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the plumbing trade.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to transition into a Journeyman role.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and the willingness to follow strict technical instructions.

• Proven reliability and a consistent track record of punctuality in a field environment.

• Enrollment in or completion of a formal Plumbing Trade School program.

• Basic understanding of residential plumbing codes and standard pipe materials.

• Previous experience using power tools and specialized plumbing machinery.
