About This Position
Summary/Objective
The inventory manager position coordinates activities related to stocking/replenishing goods sold by the company, purchasing product, forecasting purchases, monitoring, and updating Service Titan and completing, managing and/or implementing general maintenance of the fleet, building, and property. Essential Duties outlined below:
Essential Job Functions:
•Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
•Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
•Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
•Manages schedules of deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.
•Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
•Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
•Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
•Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
•Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
•Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Keep Track of Uniform counts vs billing with uniform company.
•Maintain general shop cleanliness and organization.
•Maintain Vehicle Organization, Registration, and Inspection
Technology: Fleetio, Azuga, Service Titan or similar tools will be required for this role.

Physical Demands
The position requires bending and stooping, especially when maintaining in-ground irrigation systems, so candidates should be in good physical shape and need to be able to frequently move supplies up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally lift weight consisting of ninety-five pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
· This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are.
· Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – until the project is completed.
· In addition, this position may be required to come into work on weekends, holidays and in emergency situations (i.e., may be subject to “on-call” responsibilities, especially when technicians being managed directly by Senior Service Technicians are working outside of normal business hours).
