• Lead and inspire the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy, room revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Oversee daily room operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet WaterWalk’s high standards.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align room availability with promotional campaigns and group bookings.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation without compromising quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand standards across all guest-facing operations.

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in a Rooms Division or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead multi-department teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS) and hotel revenue management principles.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Must be willing to the following:

• Stand for 8 hours or more
• Able to pull, push and lift up to 50lbs
• Able to work flexible shifts for example 7-3, 3-11, and 11p-7am
• Walking around the property performing inspections.
• Multitasking and performing different functions at the same time
• Housekeeping experience is a plus
• 5 plus more years of Hospitality experience
