• Schedule: Monday - Friday with some weekends, evenings, and overtime required.

• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

You will play an essential role in the field, supporting high-quality indoor air quality projects for residential and commercial clients. This position offers you a clear path into the HVAC industry with hands-on training and mentorship from senior technicians. • Assist lead technicians in the setup and breakdown of specialized vacuum systems and air duct cleaning equipment.

• Execute detailed cleaning of HVAC components and dryer vents to meet NADCA and company quality standards.

• Prepare work areas to protect client property and ensure a clean, professional environment during and after service.

• Support the application of AeroSeal technology to improve system efficiency and energy savings for customers.

• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies on company vehicles to ensure project readiness.

• Follow all safety protocols strictly while accessing crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops to complete installations.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure daily project timelines and customer expectations are met.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with power tools and hand tools.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment regularly and climb ladders to various heights.

• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic in a physically demanding field environment.

• Ability to follow complex technical instructions and safety procedures with high attention to detail.

• Valid Drivers License and a commitment to maintaining a professional brand image.

• Prior experience in construction, restoration, landscaping, or general labor.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems or basic sheet metal work.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ambition to pursue professional certifications such as VMT or CDET.
