Custodial Services Supervisor at Ladgov Corporation – kyiv

Position Title: On-Site Supervisor (Cleaning & Maintenance Services)
Job Type: Full-Time

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or hospitality operations.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and team-coordination skills.

• Knowledge of safety practices.

• Ability to maintain discipline and ensure quality standards.

• Experience managing keys/access control is preferred.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with America House staff.

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance personnel on-site.

• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and ensure all tasks are completed.

• Conduct regular quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies.

• Coordinate work that requires noise, dust, or interruptions (48-hour notification).

• Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including PPE and "Wet Floor" signage.

• Maintain key control, ensuring no unauthorized duplication and reporting losses.

• Ensure uniforms, behavior, and conduct meet Embassy standards.

• Submit personnel lists, schedules, and monthly performance documentation.
