We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our technology products. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive market adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of technology markets, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. You will play a key role in shaping how our products are brought to market and how customers perceive their value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Directly contribute to revenue growth and product adoption velocity through the development of strategic content, campaigns, and solutions.
Oversee content lifecycle management including the development, production, distribution, and performance measurement of all content collateral, including social media posts, case studies, web pages, blog posts, and video assets.
Collaborate with Product Managers to strategically position products for market success through user research, client feedback integration, creation of enablement materials, and comprehensive Go To Market support.
Adoption Strategy: Establish and review product usage data to identify opportunities for increasing adoption rates.
Lead a team of external freelancers and partner with internal marketing teams to produce best-in-class collateral for both internal and external consumption, covering product news and thought leadership.
Architect novel solutions and strategies to elevate the product marketing function to a world-class standard.
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, demonstrating the ability to lead multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.
Proven experience with B2B, B2B2C, or data-centric products.
Demonstrated success in producing data-driven narratives through various content formats, including blogs, videos, presentations, website content, and comprehensive content campaigns.
Capacity to develop data-driven insights that inform and optimize product and marketing strategy.
Experience managing dedicated product lines, executing large-scale client communications, and overseeing all marketing aspects across the product lifecycle.
Innate ability to prioritize storytelling that centers on clients and consumers, utilizing data to determine relevance and impact.
Enjoys developing new initiatives and actively engaging in execution.
Strong communication skills to effectively empower cross-functional collaborators (Product, Client Service, Sales, Customer Support) and secure support for product strategies.
Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation and workflow management.
Skilled in writing and adapting content for various owned media channels e.g web pages, social media.
Experience in shooting, producing, and editing video or audio content using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe, AI tools, or similar platforms.
Ability to design compelling presentations, infographics, websites, and brochures using Canva or comparable design software.
Fluency in data and statistics, including the critical ability to convert complex information into persuasive marketing statements.
Strong understanding of live events & entertainment industries, including but not limited to stakeholders within: ticketing, fundraising, marketing, college athletics, performing arts, arenas
The approximate national base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
