About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and brand presence of multiple companies within our organization. This role is ideal for a creative, self-driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple projects independently, and collaborates effectively with a remote marketing manager and cross-functional teams.

You will play a central role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, print, and internal channels while helping elevate brand consistency, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Management

· Manage and execute social media content strategies across multiple distinct brands and platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

· Create compelling written, visual, and video content aligned with each brand’s voice and goals.

· Coordinate content for company websites, social channels, print collateral, and internal communications.

· Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.

SEO & Web Management

· Lead SEO content optimization efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, and performance tracking.

· Collaborate with the marketing manager to improve organic search visibility and website performance.

· Manage website content updates and page builds, with Webflow experience strongly preferred.

Design & Creative Production

· Design marketing assets for digital and print using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

· Support campaigns with sales materials, presentations, flyers, signage, internal announcements, and promotional content.

· Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all brands and channels.

Analytics & Optimization

· Track performance metrics and key KPIs across social, website, and campaign activity.

· Prepare reports and insights to guide content improvements and campaign strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

· Work closely with the marketing manager and internal stakeholders to align on campaigns and business objectives.

· Support cross-department initiatives including sales enablement, recruiting, internal communications, and brand launches.

· Communicate proactively while working independently, knowing when to escalate challenges or request support.


Qualifications & Requirements

· Bilingual required, with professional-level English speaking and writing proficiency.

· 2+ years experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content management.

· Proven experience managing social media across multiple brands.

· Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.

· Hands-on experience with Webflow highly preferred.

· Demonstrated graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

· Comfortable working with a direct manager located in a different country and collaborating across time zones.

· Strong judgment to balance independent execution with appropriate communication and escalation.

· Ability to provide a digital portfolio of work and professional references.
