About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team, driving quality across modern applications through automation and intelligent testing strategies.
This role is centred around building and scaling robust QA automation frameworks while leveraging AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage. You will play a key role in ensuring high product quality, working closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong automation experience, a proactive mindset, and an interest in applying AI within QA to optimise testing processes.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks for product applications
- Develop and execute automated test suites to ensure product quality and reliability
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to define testing strategies
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
- Ensure high standards of quality across releases in a product-focused environment
- Contribute to defining best practices for automation and quality assurance
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on automation in product-based environments
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- 1.5+ years of experience using or integrating AI within QA processes
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments
- Experience testing modern web or platform-based applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of quality and drive improvements proactively
- Experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or similar)
- Experience integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with performance or API testing
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or test generation frameworks
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
- Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter)
