This role provides an opportunity to lead front-end engineering efforts while shaping the technical direction for high-impact client projects. You will drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality user experiences, primarily using Angular, and collaborate closely with backend teams in Java-based environments. As a technical leader, you will influence architecture decisions, mentor peers, and ensure best practices in modern front-end development. - Lead front-end architecture and design decisions for Angular-based applications, recommending best practices
- Partner with backend teams to integrate front-end solutions with Java-based services and APIs
- Mentor, train, and upskill both internal team members and client engineers
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical solutions with client business goals
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify challenges proactively and propose scalable, maintainable solutions
- Promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, and TDD best practices within projects
- Build strong client relationships, earning trust through delivery and technical guidance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in Angular
- Proven ability to lead front-end architecture decisions and influence technical direction
- Experience integrating front-end applications with Java-based backends
- Strong consulting mindset, confident in providing recommendations to clients
- Professional experience in corporate IT or consulting environments
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, Git/GitHub, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: experience with additional front-end frameworks (React), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, API design, and Java/Spring Boot environments
