Job Description
Position title: Manager II, Board Engagement & Giving
Location: United States | (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in development studies, fundraising, business management, or other related areas.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in fundraising, board development, or strategic engagement
- Minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience
- Extensive experience working with institutional or private donors
- Experience working with senior leadership, boards, and volunteers
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree required
- Experience working in the field of development and humanitarian programming
- Non-Profit management and supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated success and proven track record in cultivating, soliciting, and closing of major gifts
- Familiarity with international development and philanthropic strategy
- Proficient in using donor and board databases (ClearView, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strategic thinker and persuasive communicator
- Exceptional collaborator and creative problem solver
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Proven success in cultivating senior-level relationships and managing complex stakeholder initiatives
