In this role, you will:

Help patients feel welcomed, supported, and informedEnsure smooth front office operations that keep care moving efficientlyPlay a key role in access to care, scheduling, and insurance workflowsBe part of a collaborative team supporting whole-person health🧠 What You’ll DoAs a Dental Receptionist, you will:

Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer serviceSupport check-in and check-out processes, including documentation and verificationSchedule appointments and manage patient flow throughout the dayPerform insurance verification and enter plans into Dentrix, including benefit breakdownsProvide phone support, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and general inquiriesProcess incoming and outgoing dental records, including x-rays and releasesEmail x-rays and manage documentation requestsDistribute tablets to patients as neededComplete new patient requests within established timeframesCollaborate closely with dental providers and team members to ensure smooth operations🧩 What You’ll BringRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentProfessional, compassionate, and team-oriented approachPreferred:Experience in a dental or healthcare settingExperience with Dentrix or similar practice management systemsFamiliarity with insurance verification and front office workflowsExperience working with diverse or underserved populations🌍 Why You’ll Love Working at GSCHWe support our team the same way we support our patients — with respect, collaboration, and opportunity.
